I know I have too much cards in my Main Deck, so please tell me which to remove (or exchange for another card)
Also, I need more Level 8 Synchros. Anyone an idea of a synchro to add?

1. If I get rid of 14 cards I don't have enough cards in my deck to play, because then I have 32 cards in my Main Deck. Did you notice that the last block was my Extra Deck and not my Main Deck?
2. No, I really want to play a regular gemini deck.

The one thing that bothers me about the decks you suggest is that I don't have the cards they focus on:
I only have 1 Crusader of Endymion and 1 Gemini Spark
I don't have any Plant-Type monsters,
This would mean I almost have to buy a whole deck and since I don't want that (and mostly it's too expensive), it'd mean that I'll have to move away from geminis to another deck theme of which I have more cards, like X-Saber, Blackwing, frogs or just plain warriors.

Because the deck theme I'm using now is weak and it's too expensive to buy a whole new deck, which I need for the other Gemini Decks. Which deck theme should I use then? Plain Warriors, X-Sabers (not too expensive, the limit is around a total of €50), Blackwing or Frogs?

Do what Dog King said. Stock up on DP crow, and get the tins with DAD and Vayu if you don't already have them.

TBH, for such a short time period, that's the best advice we can give you.

What cards are: "dad", "Allure", "Hole" and "Mst"? And what Synchros should I choose?

Ps. What about leaving the reapers and adding solidarity, works great with black whirlwind, because you can then add a monster with an ATK less then the ATK of the summoned monster +800 from your deck to your hand.

I don't think you're looking at the correct banlist. Whirlwind and Kalut are at 1 while MST is at 2.

Black-Winged Strafe - Terrible
Raptor Wing Strike - Alright

Blackboost - Terrible
Backlash - Terrible
Bombardment - Terrible

The only two good ones are only good because of budget. Use only if you can't get other cards in time for nationals.

Royal Oppression is good even in swarm decks when well-timed.

Elphin's not essential to the deck. A good Extra would be:
