LORE

1 Synchro-Tuner Monster + 2 or more Synchro-Tuner Monsters When this card is synchro-summoned successfully, you can draw 1 card for every non-Tuner Synchro monster used to summon it. If your opponent activates a card effect you can discard 1 card to negate the effect and destroy all cards your opponent controls. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. This card can attack once for every T.G. non-Synchro monster in your grave. When this card is destroyed, special summon T.G. Halberd Cannon from your Extra Deck. If you activate this effect, the special summoned monster's ATK is reduced by 1000 and its effect is negated.

Please rate, be harsh.

Why 1 synchro-tuner + 2 or more synchro-tuner?
Did you mean 1 synchro-tuner + 2 or more non-tuner synchro (like quasar) Anyway this card's effect is way too oped (dont try to do to much with 1 card !)

Ps to those who said this is not summonable, go watch yugioh 5ds épisode 140 to 151 and tell if tech geniuses cannot summon that monster easily!

God...literally....
Summon this guy and you get an instant +2 in your hand. Then, your opponent tries to bottomless or something, and you go -1 from you hand and go for Harpy's Feather Duster + Raigeki on their side of the field. That's a total of 10 cards lost for that 1 card you discarded. Too OPed...not to mention that this guy can be Summoned Pretty easily! HELLO?! It Trishula/Draw Engine/FTKs that are going to hit Tech Genus Hyper Librarian hard in the next format and you're expecting to bring this guy out?! <_< the other player will probably say something like "Dude, you just turned this game into solitare...Go f%@$ yourself. I quit." Shooting Quasar, Six Sams and X-Sabers are already getting those kind of reactions...

Anyway, onto more detailed review:
1 Synchro-Tuner Monster + 2 or more Synchro-Tuner Monsters

Standard for a 12 Star Synchro apperantly. Requirements can be easily established. No problem on the summoning.

When this card is synchro-summoned successfully, you can draw 1 card for every non-Tuner Synchro monster used to summon it.

As a single effect, this card ISn't that OPed, but if you have this effect, you have to tone down the rest of the card so that it can be more balanced.

If your opponent activates a card effect you can discard 1 card to negate the effect and destroy all cards your opponent controls.

This is the effect that is OPed. Discard 1 to destroy anywhere up to 10 cards your opponent controls. There was a reason Raigeki and Harpy's Feather Duster were banned, and why Dark Hole and Heavy Stormed were banned for a while also.

This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.

Not much of a draw back. You leave your opponent defenseless and then this guy can't attack? Next turn...he's dead anyway.

This card can attack once for every T.G. non-Synchro monster in your grave.

Too strong. By the time this guy hits the field, you'd at least have 4 T.G.s in your Graveyard. Like I said, you're opponent is dead anyway.

When this card is destroyed, special summon T.G. Halberd Cannon from your Extra Deck. If you activate this effect, the special summoned monster's ATK is reduced by 1000 and its effect is negated.

Powerful, but not that much. This effect is actually splashable just like Shooting Quasar can Special Summon Shooting Star Dragon. I'd keep this effect.

And there you go. A more detailed review of your monster.
