first of all change it to an effect monster not a normal then it should read:

"When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, Special Summoned or Set; destroy all cards on the field except Zeus God Of Heavens. Then inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent for every earth attribute monster in your opponents graveyard and inflict 200 damage to yourself for every wind attribute monster in opponents graveyard."

You missed some stuff, and the first sentence can be shortened (and in the original effect there's nothing about set):

When this card is Summoned; destroy all cards on the field except "Zeus God Of Heavens". Then inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent for each EARTH Attribute monster in your opponent's Graveyard and take 200 damage for each WIND Attribute monster in opponent's Graveyard.

And without underlined and bold letters:

When this card is Summoned; destroy all cards on the field except "Zeus God Of Heavens". Then inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent for each EARTH Attribute monster in your opponent's Graveyard and take 200 damage for each WIND Attribute monster in opponent's Graveyard.

Ps. I'm not sure whether every was correct of incorrect, but I'm sure each is correct.

TCG Warrior's corrections are right, although there's a couple more things:

'This card' is valid. Using the card's name means it applies to all of that card on the field, and thus if you got out two of these then you have them both, which basically gives you an OTK regardless of what monsters are in their grave (which is a bad thing since there's no restrictions on summoning, so I can normal summon one and then use Monster Reborn on a second or something.
Attributes are identified by the name of the attribute being in capitals. Adding the word 'attribute' after it is unnecessary.
It's just 'inflict x damage', not 'inflict x points of damage'. All damage is in points, since loss of cards is covered under different terminology.
For the new OCG, the summoning is a condition, and so is divided from the others by a colon, not a semicolon.

OCG should be:

Current OCG:
When this card is Summoned, destroy all cards on the field except this card. Then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each EARTH monster in your opponent's Graveyard and take 200 damage for each WIND monster in opponent's Graveyard.

With the new text from July:
When this card is Summoned: destroy all cards on the field except this card. Then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each EARTH monster in your opponent's Graveyard and take 200 damage for each WIND monster in opponent's Graveyard.

Zeus is missing a type, and the very end should be "in your opponent's graveyard. I missed it last time, so that's my bad.

Poseidon:

When this card is Summoned: Banish all face-up EARTH and FIRE monsters on the field. EARTH and FIRE monsters cannot be Summoned whilst this card is face-up on the field. This card cannot Target WIND monsters for an attack.

The destruction is redundant, and basically just invites more ways to negate the effect. Rather than having any EARTH/FIRE monster hit the field and blow up, it's better to just say they can't be summoned - it's simpler and prevents complication if your opponent manages to find some way to stop the destruction/banishing without destroying or negating Poseidon. Since the effect doesn't apply to WIND monsters anyway, I presume you mean he can't attack them.

He should probably be level 10 or perhaps 11, rather than 12. 3200 and attribute-specific effects, including a negative one, don't justify level 12, even on something based on a god.

Attribute-based effects aren't bad in themselves, if they make sense for the card. I just think it would have to be a very good one to make a 3200 ATK monster level 12, and with part of the effect shutting him off from attacking an entire attribute isn't a good effect.

As for an effect, it depends on how you want the set to work out. Do you see them as working in the same deck (this is a very bad idea with god cards though) or individually in other decks. If the latter, Poseidon could support WATER monsters, or maybe Fish/Sea Serpent/Aqua types, and act as a boss monster for a deck with this theme. Perhaps something like being able to summon a low-level WATER monster, or search out a WATER monster from the deck, each turn, and then prevent just FIRE monsters from being played.
