This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Banishing every other card in your hand and paying 2000 life points. Players cannot Special Summon as long as this card is face-up on the field. Monsters that would be sent to the Graveyard are Banished instead. If this card would leave the field, except by battle or by it's own effect, you can place 1 of your opponent's Banished monsters to their Graveyard instead. During your End Phase, pay 500 life points. Otherwise, destroy this card.

Very easy to summon, prevents any more Special Summoning, Macro-monster and near enough indestructible all in one. And has high stats. Definitely OP.

2. You can't either, so not that OP
3. Not really that great of a Macro-monster, since no Special Summoning happens. Might tweak it a bit though.

Personally I see no need to pay the 500 LP per turn, that kind of makes it too much a liability

Meh. I felt like it was needed, I feel like it would be overpowered without it.
