Budget Deck, Please Help

I want to make a cheap deck and after looking through what I had (not a whole lot mind you) I decided a kind of Codarus.dek would be the cheapest deck to build that I would be the most interested in. Additionally I'll post my current deck to see if any one can help with that. Any budget fixes would be appreciated. Also if you have any suggestions for a budget deck other then Machina or Gravekeepers feel free to post something. My budget will be between 50-80 USD.

1.) Budget = $50 - $80

But with all serious, you can't really get much better then Gravekeepers and Machinas in terms of budget.

EDIT: Macro Monarchs aren't a bad choice. I can't say they are in your budget range, but sadly i don't know really have too good experience with them to know how to make them exactly.

Go buy 3 Structure Decks: The Dark Emperor. That would get you started in terms of Macro Monarchs. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.
