[/quote] First two are pretty good, third makes no sense. You could say, "If guns kill people, cars kill people as well." That being said, you could also say, "If guns don't kill people, neither do lethal drugs," which kinda screws the right-winged argument on banning drugs. Otherwise, they could be in danger. [/quote] Take this into consideration: If I use a pencil properly, I will write something. If I use a spoon properly, I will feed myself something. If everyone uses cars correctly, everyone will arrive at their destination unscathed. If I use a gun properly, I will disable another organism through killing or wounding it. See the difference now?
