Appearance: Adler has short blond hair that hangs over his forehead a bit, and is usually a bit messy. Adler has purple eyes and has a strong build. He doesn't wear a normal Pheonix uniform(BTW what does it look like?), since he is a spy he has an array of different aliases and costumes. He normally wears a dark red T-shirt with black gloves. The t-shirt is tucked into a utility belt of sorts which holds his pokeballs using magnetism and clips for extra security. He also has black cargo pants containing many pockets in which holds many small useful spy tools including a tape recorder, laser pointer, button for a miscellaneous things (Like the manga and anime XD), a pokemon radar, a black eye mask which he wears on occasion when out of the base or when dramatically revealing his true identity if necessary, a small glass cutter, and whatever is necesary for the moment within reason.... (Once again like the manga and anime)
Personality: Adler is easy going and loves to pull pranks on others, however he can get serious at times, especially when he is in costume, you would never be able to tell it was him. He's even tricked the leader, making him think that it was one of his ex-girlfriends new boyfriends hunting him down. On April Fool's day he disguised himself as the chief of police and got thrown in jail because they actually thought it was him. Adler also has a knack for voice changing. He can go form being a butch muscle builder to a sweet little innocent and naive person, this is very helpful and useful to him. Adler is acutally a friendly guy when you get to meet him, but isn't a "good guy".
Bio: Adler grew up young with a Growlithe and no house or money. The Growlithe would watch over him and take care of him at a young age, and when Adler got older he would return the favor. Both of them collected fruits, made fires, and built temporary shelters together. They would even protect each other from harm. It was soon that Adler realized his ability to change voices, which he used on small farmer's market merchants to distract them while Growlithe took food that they would eat later. They lived like this until Adler was 16 when he tried to pickpocket a one, Mr. Zozin. He was caught in the act and he ran away, however that didn't stop him being captured by Pheonix Grunts a month later when he was 17. However due to their skill, the Grunts took them to assignment officers and offered Adler and Growlithe a purpose, a life in team Pheonix. Of course Adler said yes and the world suddenly opened up to him, because of this he would follow Team Pheonix unquestionably for the next five years.

You should probably have a list of the current Gym Leaders and Elite Four Members. Also can Team Pheonix members increase their rank? Also what are the limits of pokemon Levels? For each Team Rocket Rank? For each Starting Trainer? For the Gym Leaders? Elite Four?

For team pheonix the levels depend on your rank, so if your the leader or General its like 50/60, for lower ranks it just goes down a little, until grunt with a maximum of, say 25/30, somthing like that

Gym Leaders have a limit of anywhere in the 40's, and elite 4 have a limit of anywhere in the 50's.

Yeah, I guess you can rise in rank if the story makes sense for it to do so. And for starting trainers, just imagine there like level 5, like normal, so we will need a few weak gym leaders.

Oh also, for the uniform, imagine the team magma unifor, except without the hood, and a brighter shade of red, with streaks of orange and yellow mixed in, like flames. They also have giant sleeves, like monks robes

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has long blonde hair in the back, going to the base of his spine, w/ short bangs on the front. His eyes are a piercing blue, cold as daggers, accompanying his blonde hair like a Surfer in Water. He has a curved nose and small lips. For his clothing, he wears a long black coat, unbuttoned, with a red shirt that has "Ice Life.", with a Dewgong on the back. For pants, he wears two different pants: For summer & spring, and Winter & Fall battles. Summer and Spring has blue Khakis, and instead of a long, black coat, he wears a tropical flower jacket shirt and a straw hat. Winter and Fall, long black Sweatpants and a Scarf.

Personality: He is a quiet man, Modest and Humble, but is sometimes a little overwhelmed by Greed, as he was born an Orphan(A natural thought.). He is a little cocky in battle, normally starting with a move weak towards their opponent, or in the case of Poliwrath, Lanturn, and Milotic, will stress the use of their Status or Switch Moves. He hates losing, and will overreact sometimes.

Bio: He was born in Johto, as an Orphan in Azalea Town. He was quickly adopted by an old man, who had a love for Water Pokemon, with a team. Alex grew up playing with them, and gained his love for Pokemon. He left for a journey when he was eight, with a little Slowpoke he trained from a little one in the Well. He got it a King's Rock, and, through some weird way, evolved it. He caught all but one of his Elite Four team, earning all 8 badges, and set of for Hoenn. There, he again earned the Eight Badges, and caught his Milotic as a Feebas. He was handpicked by a man who noticed him from the League Challenge, which he lost in the last Impact. He helped build the League of Roxol into what it is today, and is put in the Third Room, to wear down challengers so they don't survive to the Champion.

Appearance:Quite tall, wears glasses with huge frames that constantly slides down his face. Always wears somewhat formal wear (I.E. khakis, button up shirt, nice shoes), has a look of not caring at most times, except battles.
Personality:Brash, smug, always breaks down his opponent, claims to be always prepared, but a nice guy once you get to know him. He always loves to face strong opponents.
Bio:Having been top of his class, Cliff was always destined for greatness. Immediately after getting his starter pokemon Torchic, he went on to face almost impossible odds along side his friend Mirage Koas, coming close to winning each regions league, but due to cruel fate, he always made one miscalculation that cost him the win. After besting the Battle Frontier, which took Cliff over a year to accomplish, he went on to live a solitary life, until he was asked to head a new gym in the Roxol region. Feeling he could help new trainers blossom, he accepted, and became the head of the Tropicannis City gym. Being a type who loves to plan to make his opponents work for victory, Cliff's pokemon are picked to counter most strategies by his opponents, making them come up with new strategies to best him.

Age: 28
Gender: Male
Appearance: Wilhelm is 186 cm tall (about 6'2/6'3), has long hazelbrown hair tied up into a ponytail that runs down to his shoulders and is build quite robustly. He always wears a black trench coat with a T-Shirt of varing dark colors under it and black dark blue trousers.
Personality: Despite his apearance, he's actually quite a passive person. That prevers the company of pokémon over that of humans and therefore spends most of his time in his gym and the caves surrounding Verenora City.
Bio: Born 1 of the few villages surrounding Snowpoint City in the Shinnoh region, lived quite isolated from other people. And being 1 of the only children in the area, he grew up spending most of his yought playing with pokémon expecially with a Murkrow, 1 of the few in the area, he nicknamed Shade. At the age of 10, which is custom in the region, he became a pokémon trainer and chose, above the original starter pokémon, Shade as his first pokémon. Not being able to beat the Snowpoint gym leader's Ice pokémon, he decided to travel to other gyms instead and eventually got all 8 badges. However unable to beat the region's Champion, at the age of 15, he decided that he would travel to other regions to get better. At the age of 22, unfortunatly, the original champion resigned, not wanting to battle anymore, and another 1 took his place. This was while he remained in the Roxol Region, and he decided to remain here and pursue a new dream, that of becoming a gym leader.
He succeeded in this at the age of 23 and has been the Verenora Gym Leader ever since.

Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: Short very punky red hair, wears usually a biker jacket but with elements of the team pheonix uniform, carries pokeballs in her jacket, keeps her victims gym badges after she has defeated them. Long jeans and very slim legs. Around 5'9 very slim but quite muscular.
Personality: Very loyal to her officers and most loyal to Zozin who she loves like a father, she is very agressive to the grunts and people she just deems lower than herself.
Bio: Krystal was born in Kanto and possesed a very rare gift which allowed her to charm any man she wanted so she went to the very top and at the age of 16 charmed a team rocket executive to give her the pass words to the bike shop garage which she stole a new bicycle and rode off into the sunset pokemon in tow. Krystal then decided she needed a change of pase in life and in exchange for a kiss she got on board a boat to the Roxol region which is where she met the one man immune to her charms, Zozin who she instead decided to dedicate her life in helping him change the world as long as she can make a tidy profit off of it. Her reputation quickly rose and she became feared by trainers and has been called a burning shadow of hate and a predator of the jungle, which are both true as she hates all people she deems inferior and therefore will defeat them given the chance. Krystal started preying on travellers betting them their gym badges against her vast riches which she never had and soon she could easily challenge the elite four many times over. Out of all her pokemon there is one which she treasures most of all and that is her Ninetails which she trained from a vulpix and has been her loyal companion ever since. Krystal now takes on any mission Zozin wishes of her and one day hopes to burn this whole region to the ground and then the world.

Accepted, there seem to be alot of females on Team Pheonix, which I guess co-insides with the legendary of this region not being a fire bird, but a fire serpent. Yes I spoiled it, the legendary is a serpent pheonix. More details later

Alot of stuff seems to happen to Zozin, mostly resulting in him getting a member
-getting pick-pocketed, causing him to get a spy
-Having someone try to charm him... and failing, also resulting in a member

And now that I think about it, Zozin is alot like team Galactic, they want to destroy the world to make a good one

Appearance: Hanbei has medium length black hair and dark brown eyes. He is a bit short for his age. Hanbei wears a red overcoat that extends to right above his heels with long, wide sleeves with a gold-like finish at the end of each sleeve and the overcoat. Underneath he has a black t-shirt with red sleeves and blue baggy jeans. He also has a red beret with half a pokeball emblem on it in white on the side. Hanbei also wears black short gloves and black shoes. A small compass hangs out of his left jeans pocket and a chain goes from his belt to his right pocket which holds his pokeballs.
Personality: Hanbei is a wise, resourceful teenager that left for his pokemon journey a little late since he wanted to finish extra classes in school before he would go. Hanbei is attached to not only his pokemon, but learning and education. He is also very logical and loyal, he is also devoted to the ideal of chivalry, making him a great friend for anyone to have.
Bio: Hanbei was born into a wealthy family in Kanto, they loved him and their pokemon loved to play with him. His family owned a pokemon ranch, amongst the pokemart industry, so he grew up surrounded by all different sorts of pokemon and he connected with them very easily. But one day, Hanbei came home from school to an empty house... His house and all the pokemon on the ranch were missing, he was all alone. Hanbei was then raised by his Aunt in Johto who took care of him as if he was her son. His aunt taught him how to battle with pokemon and good studying skills he could use for school and real life. When the time came she took Hanbei over to Slowpoke Well to catch his first pokemon. At the age of 13 he caught a slowpoke, this was part one of his plan. Back when his parents went missing, he found a note in the house that had one word on it... "Roxol"... And now that he had a pokemon and his studies were almost over, he ran away, and took money to buy a ticket on a cruise to the Roxol Region, he left a note to his aunt apologizing for leaving, but did not tell her where he was going. He then began his adventure in Roxol a few days later...
