Click on your card image in the Card Maker, then copy the code that appears under it and paste it here. 2: Uhm...have you ever seen and read a real Yu-Gi-Oh card? Because the Official Card Grammar you're attempting to use makes almost no sense >_> Read some cards created by the better users here, THEN try making your decks.
