This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 DARK attribute monster from your graveyard. But it is pretty good... kind of a restricted Legendary Fiend idea from what I can see... plus if you combine it with a card that puts tokens on your opponent's field, it's a pretty good combo...
