Nu-Mou Knight Posted June 4, 2011 Report Share Posted June 4, 2011 Most people won't even look at attachments. But I will, just to be nice. Kamehameha Wave: What does it do? All it says is who can use it. Even that wording is incorrect, it should say that it can only be activated when those cards are on your side of the field. Also, there are no Counter Spell Cards. Only Counter Traps and Quick-Play Spells. Vegeta: If that's supposed to be his effect, make him an Effect monster instead of a Normal monster. >_> His ATK would be the highest in the game, and the effect is just way overpowered. Tone it down, to maybe 3000-some at most. If I had to grade you on these...I'd say 2/10, being generous.
