... somehow... i kinda think Burning Incense is kinda broken (like too strong for a card)... but i dont really see a way for you to fix that card's effect without losing what you want it to do...
(cuz i can kinda see what you're going for; -2 for +3 = really just +1)
... and i kinda think Passionate Wolf is kinda broken also... haha... like maybe instead of just [i]having[/i] 7 FIRE type monsters in your graveyard... maybe you can remove them from play... ... (heh)... but then again there are more broken cards out there than yours...

... i'd consider useing these cards in a fire deck any day...
