Rank 1s are needed because it DOES fail that hard when it doesn't work, sometimes. Also, you'd forgetting, Celfon + Dupe uses 2 cards to get you 3-5 monsters (sometimes more, but that's the amount you'd have if you'd actually need a rank 1, the extra 2 being non-Tuners like Boomboxen or Boarden). Giga Hand Posted June 9, 2011 Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 I disagree that this is the best rank 1 when [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Star_Mira"]Super Star Mira[/url] exists (especially considering that this does not). SSM is one big shield that's worth the -2, but Cat Lady can be swatted away by any card with decent ATK, or with basic destruction.
