not too likely you'd still be standing with under 1000 LP anyway, so the condition for summoning is fine

given that you could make the stats a bit higher, or you'll lose right away after summoning it (give it a better chance and all that)

Optionally right, okay. This is not Broken, BUT NOT useful though. IMO,

Suggest --> Added Tributing a monster instead of discarding 2 cards. it seems to biased compared to another option
