While this card is face-up on the field, neither player can activate Field Spell Cards, and this card cannot be targeted by the effects of Monster/Spell/Trap Cards. If either player would control more than 1 monster, that player destroys monsters they control until they control only 1 monster. Monsters either player controls cannot be destroyed by battle, and any Battle Damage inflicted to either player from battles involving a monster with less than 2000 ATK becomes 0.
