The ATK is slightly overpowered, mabye lower it to 3500? 3600? Good pic. sooooo...my rating is 5/10.
Manpole
This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summoned exept by discarding all the cards in your hand, and Tributing all the monsters on your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, Banish all Spell and Trap cards on the field. Also, each player must search their decks and Banish all LIGHT monsters. Banishing all LIGHT monsters in either players deck is OP, as well is this monsters ATK and DEF. It is very possible to only control 1 monster, and have only 1-3 cards in your hand, so that is a small price to pay for such a beast. I would get rid of the banishing all LIGHT monsters effect (or limit it to 5 or so), and decrease its stats to say.. 3200/2800. Also, that pic is quite common (although cool). I havent seen it in as many recent cards, but it used to be overused a lot.
shadowserpent
Thanks I'll do that in my deck thingy, I really don't have motivation to change it right here, well maybe I will, we'll see but thanks never less.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by sending your hand and all monsters on your side of the field to the Graveyard. IDK why everybody's changing Send to Discard, they are not the same. Summoning conditions make it too easy to bring out for a stronger Heavy Storm and beatstick. newhat
It's the field-bombing effect that's good. The ATK doesn't matter that much. The fact that you used "discarding" instead of "sending" for the hand means that this can be combined with Fabled monsters for massive advantage. Of course, since they're LIGHT, you will have to banish some of them, but this card is still very, very strong. Make it so you need at least 2 Tributes and it's OK, I think. ragnarok1945
"Also, each player must search their decks and Banish 3 LIGHT monsters." Give an alternative to that effect: what happens if the player doesn't have 3 LIGHT monsters to banish? (like if the player doesn't play a LIGHT deck) 7.9/
