Thiis card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 face-up dragon-type monster from your side of the field to the graveyard with an attack higher than 2000. Once per turn, by discarding 1 card from your hand, negate the activation of any spell or trap card and destroy it. By discarding 1 card from your hand, you can negate the activation of any Spell or Trap card and destroy it. Increase the ATK of this monster by 500 x the amount of Dragon-Type monsters on your side ofthe field and in your Graveyard." Overall, its OP. Even though it takes 3 specific typed tributes, being able to negate any Spell orTrap, increasing its attack in its effect by a lot, and having a base attack of 3500 is a bit much.... To make it more "realistic" change its level from 9 to 10, lower its ATK to 2500, and change its negating Spell and Trap card effect to "Once per turn" Even then it may be a little OP, but then again so are plenty of other cards that are legal.
