OCG at last should be can attack once again, the idea pretty decent

I do think the idea is good I like the card only complaint down by effect you spelled Psychic "physic"

should be ok, it can set up OTKs, but not likely given its low atk

given that you get to destroy your own spell/trap via its effect, it should be fine

I like it! Don't see anything wrong with it (except Psychic, as mentioned above).

The only thing I see that could be altered would be...
"...when this card destroys a monster your opponent controls,..." to "...when this card destroys an opponents monster by battle,..."
I think they both work correctly, but I am more used to the variant I supplied.

Anyways, its a great card that seems perfectly balanced. If anything, go ahead and give it 2000 ATK. ^^

The OCG is perfectly fine. Its just it removes the limit. Using once again means it will only be able to attack a second time, whether it destroyed another Spell Card or not. The way you have it means it can attack again and again. It's nothing special. Most likely wont be seen in the quicker Psychics. More like just casual play. It's Spell specificity hurts it, Psychic Snail is better.

I like it a lot. The effect is good and original. And yes, you should make a set. I think you have the skill and originality.
