Evil Spirit from Within the Roulette

I'm probably going to make a set based on Demon's Roulette filled with cards like these.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Demon's Roulette". This card cannot attack. When this card is Special Summoned to your side of the field, tribute 1 "Demon's Roulette" to banish 2 monsters from your opponent's side of the field. During your next stand-by phase after "Evil Spirit from Within the Roulette" is summoned, Banish this card.

1 "Evil Spirit from Within the Roulette" + 2 Tuners
This card cannot Attack. This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. Each turn, discard 1 card to select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and roll 1 six-sided die. Multiply the result by 100 and reduce the selected monster's attack by that amount. If the selected monster's Attack becomes 0, that monster is destroyed. After 2 turns, tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Evil Spirit from Within the Roulette Lvl 12" from your hand or deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Evil Spirit from Within the Roulette Lvl 10". This card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. This card cannot attack. Each turn, discard two cards to select one monster on your opponent's side of the field and roll 2 Six-Sided Dice. Multiply the result by 100 and reduce the selected monster's attack by this amount. If the selected monster's attack hits 0, that monster is destroyed. For every monster this card destroys, your opponent loses 1000 Life Points.

It's not OPed. It's lvl 12, you need to get that 2-tuner synchro out before it and since Evil spirit from within the Roulette is Banished at the end of the turn it's summoned, it's pretty difficult to do so. AND the synchro must wait two turns before summoning. An opponent can take it out with a spell or trap during that time. Also I find the 1000 points of damage to be fair because the most Attack it can lower in one turn is 1200, so unless your opponent uses under-powered monsters, it could take a couple turns to get a monster's attack to 0. You need to think a card over before calling it OPed. You need to go through hell to summon it. I'll fix the type though.

Edit: you said underpowered. These cards aren't meant to be used as a main attack monsters. You're supposed to use them on the side with other monsters, otherwise they're not a very good defense.

You don't just destroy one monster. You can continuously lower the attacks of monsters and eventually destroy them. The card's not based around damaging the life points or destroying the cards, those are just helpful bonuses. They're meant to weaken you're opponent's monsters so they're easier to take out.
