Umm, I'm not positive, but shouldn't you still give the materials needed even though it uses an spell card....Like some cards uses materials but also requires the use of poly or other fusion material card listed.....

Masked HEROes don't have materials. [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mask_Change"]Mask Change[/url] summons them.

I Think this one belongs to PoP Culture Card,

anyways, the effect about destroying without flipping is fine but plain effect. Hoping more. 8/10

though in the end the effect is still relatively plain, nothing too new, so I'd give this 8.3/10
