newhat
Golem. How many Tokens are we Summoning? As many as we have empty Monster Card Zones? Your opponent will probably have an empty hand after hacking through two of them. Even a single Token of this variety is overpowered. Level 4 is far too low for this effect; "removed from the field" effects shouldn't be +1 and dodge the Graveyard. This needs modification. Healer. Summon-as-cost is something you should avoid. As an effect, it would be acceptable. The second effect is a tad underpowered. By the way, "hand" isn't capitalized.
eldest
I made their effect a bit OP Beacuse they have 0 ATK and DEF and in a fight they wouldn't last long.
Neos the Ancient
Seems slightly OP'd. Cool pictures.
