Father's Day

He's a generally nice and funny guy. Pretty damn lazy, quick trempered, and hypocritical though. And I still haven't figured out if he's a dumbass or pretty damn smart yet. It's 8:06 right now and we haven't gone to dinner yet because he needed to finish his damn cigar even though we were supposed to go over over half an hour ago.

My dad always keeps the house in a playful mood. He's funny and loves spending time with the family. We play video games with me when we're being lazy and when we aren't, we go outside, throw some footballs or shoot some hoops or just go outside and hang out. My dad's the coolest and most awesome father in the world.

Unfortunately, he was sick today with a stomach virus so I went to the store and got him a card with like thirty dollars in it. Other than that, we didn't do to much for Father's Day.

Because us Aussies are waitin'.... sadness.
Usually I get someothign from the Fathers Day stall we run at school for him. We still have te "Strewth" magnet on the fridge from one Fathers Day.
I love my dad. Even if her can't sing for sheit.
Seriously.
Then again, you gotta love the guy who can drive you to school some days. If you don't love him, he wont let you in the car :P
Sometimes, we give him breakfast in bed. And we usually have dinner of his choice.

Replace "Father" with "Mother" and erase the car and Strewth comment and you have mothers day. ^^

Over my Father's Day weekend, I called my dad on my cellphone and told him "Happy Father's Day" and "I miss you, I wish you'd come home" 'cause he'd been in N.C. for who knows how long. And me and my mom went to see her dad, which in my case, is my grandad Pop Pop, and she gave him a Father's Day card. ^^ Plus, my 7-year old cousin Thomas gave his dad a Father's Day card too, but he didn't even say "Thank you." Damn, that's just wrong. I mean, really now? How can you just recieve a card and not say "Thank you" once in a blue moon?
