During your Stanby Phase, if you don't controll any monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand returning 2 non-monster cards from your Hand to the Deck. This card cannot be selected as target for your opponent's Trap Card. Once during each of your turns, you can negate the activation of an opponent's Trap Card, and return it to it's owner Deck. If you activate this effect, your opponent draw 1 card from his Deck.

Once per turn, if a "Temporal Machine God" monster you controll would be returned to the Deck by it's own effect, you can discard this card instead. Additionaly, if this card is returned to the Deck by a card effect, add to your Hand 1 "Temporal Machine God" (exept "Ultimate Temporal Machine God Sephiron") from the Deck.
OCG fixes:

During your Stanby Phase, if you control no monsters, you can return 2 Spell or Trap Cards in your hand to your Deck to Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be selected as target for your opponent's Trap Cards. Once during each of your turns, you can negate the activation of an opponent's Trap Card and return it to it's owner Deck. If you activate this effect, your opponent draws 1 card from their Deck.

If a "Temporal Machine God" monster you control would be returned to the Deck by it's own effect, you can discard this card instead. If this card is returned to the Deck by a card effect, add 1 "Temporal Machine God" (exept "Ultimate Temporal Machine God Sephiron") in your Deck to your hand.

1st: the Special Summon effect seems to be a bit much. Maybe reduce it to 1 Spell or Trap. The other effects are fine, but he seems to have to little ATK or DEF to use them well. You could give him a "Once / Twice per turn" anti-destruction effect.

2nd: effects seem fine. 2nd effect I find hard to abuse properly.

Some good support cards. 8/10
