the past few week all my dreams have either been about zombies or an asian guy. and the dreams scare me so much i can remember each detail. one of my dreams was my school was experiment with dna and accidentaly created a zombie that zombie infected them and they killed more people so my principle gave the kids in school a gun (my princable is a nun XD) and told us to hunt the zombie and brought us in a coliseum with them. then anoher memorable one is this asian guy stabbed me and left me in a street to die but an anbulence came buy and picked me up but crashes soon after.i survived but the bodies of the other people werent there and it seemed the town had none left in it till a hord of zombies came running at like super spedd after me. them my dream last knight was of me falling in love with the asian guy who stabbed me and left me for dead. which is odd becuase im a guy and am not gay.... i think my dreams are trying to tell me something or my mind likes to play out stories that can go together... but still this concerns me and i think i shoud see a therapist -_-
what do you think?

I don't think you need a therapist I think you need a gypsy... It could be a premonition... I remember I was having constant "dreams" about these people talking in different languages and living lives I had nothing to do with... I would have gone to therapy had it not been for my GF who convinced me it might have been the memories of my past lives... So yea we might never know but I would bet its a premonition....

Most dreams are spawned by what you have seen in the time period that you have been awake. For instance if your were watching like Jersey Shore, a wild orange beast would most likely appear in your dream. However, dreams are also outlets for desires. Like if something like sex is what you secretly desired, a sexual dream will appear in your sleep.

If you're constantly thinking about something, or it's in your subconscious, you'll dream about it. The sad thing is it's a repetative cycle. Since these dreams scare you, you'll constantly think about them, which will cause you to have more nightmares.

I used to have a cycle with this. Sleep with the TV on, but keep the volume a little bit lower than normal. It'll give you subliminal messages in your sleep, and it won't cause your subconscious to produce the same dreams.
