Pic is good.
OCG is a little off I think, but i'm not sure.
Seems balanced, but if it is OP'd you could make it 1 tuner.

You don't have to use banish. It annoys me when people correct it like that. People still use the old OCG.

OCG: I gave you an average for OCG because it has many errors, however it's clear enough that we know what you mean.

Picture: I'm not a big fan of the picture. The figure and background contrast each other a bit to much and to me, it looks more demon-ish than Beast-Warrior.

Uniqueness: Not exactly the most unique card. It just seems like a typical Tuner-spam card. Try adding a bit more to it to make it less bland.

Balance: This card is very weird. It can underpowered in some situations and it can overpowered in others. So I just settled with average.[/center]
