Card Lore:
When you add this card from your Deck to your hand by a card effect, you can send it to the Graveyard. When your opponent Synchro Summons a Synchro Monster, you can banish this card in the Graveyard to make it lose 1000 ATK until the End Phase.[/center]

If you can put in Lore, it'd be fine o.o. I see an error, though I cannot be sure it is an error.... its about the '1000' ATK loss effect... can't explain. I like the pic, even if I'm more into Light-oriented pics like fairies or angels. 5/10

How can you NOT see the card text? >_< Fine, lore added. You also don't seem to get the "Fallen Angel" thing........

OCG seems okay but there are some errors I think.
The effect is balanced and creative. it may be a little UP'd though. But I'm not the best judge of that.

My try at OCG: When you add this card from your Deck to your hand by a card effect, you can send it to the Graveyard. When your opponent Synchro Summons a Synchro Monster, you can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to decrease that monster's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase.

Since you aren't using the format for the new OCG I suggest not using 'banish.'
That may not be correct by the way.
