This card can only be used as Synchro Material for a Sychro Summoning of a "Comand" Synchro Monster. while this card is face up on your side of the Field all face up "Command" monsters in Attack Postion on your side of the Field gains these effects Twice Per Turn send 1 spell card from your Deck to the Graveyard, to increase or decrease the Level of this card up to the number of spell cards in your Graveyard.
