Dragon7OP
It's relatively balanced between Blue Eyes and Red Eyes. It's level is matching, and it looks pretty good. It may resemble a pokemon, but I can't say which one. Even so, it doesn't go in pop culture. If this belonged in pop culture, it could be said that so does every other card. So it doesn't. infinitysqrd
It looks like Zekrom from Pokemon WhiteCool card though.
Yang Xiao-Long
It looks like Zekrom from Pokemon WhiteCool card though. The picture IS Zekrom. Which is ironic because the card is Red-Eyes White, when Zekrom is black. It's all in how the art is done, I guess. There is a grammar error though."No one knows its true power." I'd consider it balanced stat-wise, and with not much else to say about it, I'd say it's a good card.
Knight of Emotion
Meh...if it was a combination of Red eyes and blue eyes....wouldn't it have an effect because:Red Eyes = Potential Blue Eyes = Power Not saying make it OPed to the max. Just...pointing out something. Plus the picture is Zekrom...it's just the lightning it created lighted it up.
Dragon7OP
Meh...if it was a combination of Red eyes and blue eyes....wouldn't it have an effect because:Red Eyes = Potential Blue Eyes = Power Neither Red Eyes nor Blue Eyes are effect monsters, so no. At best, it could be treated as both of the others' names. Farther than that, and it starts to drift away from the two.
KardGame
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be Special Summoned from your hand or Deck by removing from "Red Eyes Black Dragom" and "Blue Eyes White Dragon" from your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned, this card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each card in your graveyard. During each of your End Phases, remove from play the top card of your Deck, if you cannot, remove this card from play. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Shadow-Master
You misspelled "Dragon". I think the effect monster is a little rigged, seeing how it can get a huge boost just to a couple cards that are in your Graveyard. Maybe you would want to tone it's original ATK down or make the ATK and DEF increase 100 per card in the Graveyard.
lvl1hero
... sexy card...10/10!... rating is really just for looks and the idea of card though... ... effect IS a bit OP'd like guy above me said... ... either lower its original attack/defense stat a bit or make the increase only 100 each... ... and trust me even 100 is still pretty OP... but would be much more reasonable since its cost to summon were two great dragons... ... but too godly of an effect if it was +200 per card... EDITS after 1min later: ... you know what leave it +200 per card... ... i've seen more broken cards out there...
ragnarok1945
the vanilla is fine, but you need to add some spell/trap support for it
ZombieDeath98
For a Vanilla it's pretty good but the above users are right it is a Pokemon, but i suppose you didn't know that when you chose the picture. So overall 6/10. Edit: The Effect version is too powerful make it with less attack or make a less powerful effect.
Neos the Ancient
The regular version is pretty cool, but the Effect version is slightly OP'd. Make it remove 2 cards instead or 1, and you've got a good balanced monster. Btw, i really like the artwork, even though it's Zekrom. Regular: 7.5/10 Effect: 8/
gimmepie
Vanilla Version: Good lore. Good stats. I'd assume you'd give this card an improved version that would be special summoned through tributing it. Effect Version: To much attack gain, dunno if I like the weird banish mill or not. Would I run either: No. Both blue-eyes and red-eyes have their own purposes and niches in a deck. Adding either would not help any of the dragon decks I have versed or used.
