Nghtwing Posted July 3, 2011 Report Share Posted July 3, 2011 Hey. since I've been studying "Cloudian"s and I found this img on Deviantart, I decided to make a card to support CLoudian Monsters So, here goes the card : [center][Font="Century Gothic"][spoiler=Flying Cat][img]http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/7958/419009l.jpg[/img] [i]LORE: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing any number of WATER Monsters in your Graveyard. Place 1 Fog Counter on this card for each WATER Monster banished. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1 remove 2 Fog Counters from the field to return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand.
