Synn Set

Recommended Posts

Ironically, I came up with the ideas for these in church this morning. In short, they're modeled after the 7 Deadly Sins. The whole "return to the deck" thing is like how sins and temptation eventually go away, but they're never truly gone.

-Synn-

Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to Special Summon 1 "Synn" monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for each face-up DARK and "Synn" monster you control.

-Synn - Malicious Wrath-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Synn" and you have at least 4 cards in your hand, you can discard your hand to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field.

-Synn - Insatiable Gluttony-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. When this card attacks, Tribute 1 monster you control. Increase the ATK of this card by half of the Tributed monster's original ATK.

-Synn - Imperious Pride-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. Discard 1 card from your hand to change the Battle Position of each face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field to Defense Position. Their Battle Positions cannot be changed except by a card effect.

-Synn - Boundless Avarice-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. Send 1 card you control to the Graveyard OR discard 1 card from your hand to draw 1 card.

-Synn - Seething Envy-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. Once per turn, pay 1500 Life Points. Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and take control of it until the End Phase of the turn. That monster can attack your opponent directly. If you activate this effect, all other monsters you control cannot attack this turn.

-Synn - Indulgent Sloth-

If this card is Special Summoned, it is returned to the Deck at the End Phase of the turn. While this card is in Defense Position, decrease the ATK of your opponent's monsters by 1000.

-Lucifer, Prince of Darkness-

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Human Desires". When this card is successfully Special Summoned, Special Summon as many "Synn" monsters with different names as possible. Tribute this card and 7 different "Synn" monsters on your side of the field or from your hand or Deck to Special Summon 1 "Pagan Devil, Supreme Ruler of the Underworld" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

-Pagan Devil, Supreme Ruler of the Underworld-

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Lucifer, Prince of Darkness". Once per turn, when you have at least 4 cards in your hand, discard your hand and pay 1000 Life Points. Send all cards on the field (except this card) and in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. Then select 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard and Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field.

-Human Desires-

Pay 1000 Life Points. Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Tribute 1 monster each player controls and discard 1 card from both players' hands. Special Summon 1 "Lucifer, Prince of Darkness" from your hand or Deck.

This is based of human tendency to want everyone else to feel like they do

-Sinful Manifestation-

When this card is activated, it is treated as a Normal Monster Card (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1900/DEF 1200) and is Special Summoned to your Monster Card Zone. (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.) When this card is destroyed as a Monster Card, select 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Deck and Special Summon it.

well, there you go. I hope you enjoy them, and please don't complain about lack of IMG tags, but if you feel you absolutely must, go ahead. As always, comments, criticisms, b's and c's, whatever, are welcomed.
