Neo-MasterX
(about the title I don't know what Foreigner means) These 2 cards are from a new set I'm planing on designing. RITUAL SPELL WILL BE UP SOON I JUST NEED A GOOD PIC FOR IT
This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell card, "Final Strike". You must also Tribute monsters whose total levels equal 8 or more from the field or your hand. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every DARK monster in either players Graveyard. Every time this card declares an attack, its owner must pay 400 Life Points. If this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your opponents Graveyard in face-down Defense Position.

Equip only to a monster your opponent controls: It loses 400 ATK and DEF for each face-down card your opponent controls. If the equipped monster's ATK and DEF are reduced to 0: Destroy it. When the equipped monster is destroyed: Your opponent takes damage equal to the equipped monster's original ATK. This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards.
DARKPLANT RISING
This can OTK using a deck running Magical Merchant, Reasoning, Monster Gate, the ritual spell, and dozens of LV 8 DARKs that can't be Normal Summoned. Not really good card design. But hey, nothing compared to Coelacanth.

ЯчυКδ ңґεηđдϊ
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Superancient_Deepsea_King_Coelacanth Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon as many Level 4 or lower Fish-Type monsters as possible from your Deck. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot declare an attack and its effect(s) is negated while on the field. If this card is targeted by a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect, you can Tribute 1 other Fish-Type monster to negate the effect and destroy that card. OT:Seems balanced and very useful. The pic could be better, but I still like it. As far as I can tell OCG is good, but i'm half asleep.

ragnarok1945
500 atk is too much per DARK in either player's graveyard hell even if it's just yours alone its too much If you're going to do that, I'd lower its base atk to just 500 "If this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower DARK monster from your opponents Graveyard in face-down Defense Position" <---I'd also put a drawback on the special summoned monster here 7/
