Activate this card only if your opponent controls more cards on his/her side of the field than on your side of the field. Destroy 1 card on the field and return 1 card on each player's field back to the respective owner's hand. Then inflict 1000 points of damage to each player. >> Inflict is bit unnecessary , with it THIS CARD LOOKS FORCED.

During each player's Battle Phase: Flip a coin. If the result is Heads: The player whose turn it is must select 1 monster they control. If the result is Tails: Their opponent must select 1 monster they control. The selected monster is the only card that can attack this Battle Phase. If the selected player does not control any monsters: Skip their Battle Phase. >> IDK what you're trying to say in here. Sorry can you explain?

You can only activate this card during your Standby Phase. Select 1 monster you control and have your opponent select 1 monster they control. Only the selected monsters can attack and be targeted for an attack this turn.>> This one more like disadvantage to you, y know?

Activate this card at the beginning of your Main Phase 1. Your opponent cannot activate any Set Spell or Trap Cards until the End Phase of your next turn. You then lose 100 Life Points x the number of Set Spell and Trap cards your opponent has on the field.>> 100 LP each Spell and Trap is way too cheap. What about that italic part is suggest? then make it 300 per cards.

If your opponent destroys a monster you control by battle: You can Special Summon a monster with an equal or lower Level from your Graveyard. If you Special Summon a Level 8 or higher monster: Its ATK and DEF are halved.>> Level 5, ,6 ,7 has high ATK . So, would be better if you change it to Level 5 or higher monster.

well, thanks for all the useful info... +Rep :) ... i changed the 3 cards now...

as for Solitary Manslaughter, I think that is a personal defense card, like Swords of Revealing Light, only shorter and slightly less drastic

and for the explanation of Operation: Combat Zone... It's a game of chance once this card is on the field.
It doesn't matter how many monsters you have now, in fact, you're battle phase might not even happen!
"The player whose turn it is" meaning you or your opponent
"Their opponent" meaning if it is your turn, your opponent attacks; if it is your opponent's turn, you get to attack
"must select 1 monster they control. The selected monster is the only card that can attack this Battle Phase." self explanitory i think...
"If the selected player does not control any monsters: Skip their Battle Phase." also self explanitory, right?

anyway, hope that helps and thanks for the feedback :)

For manslaughter, i think you should make it Quick Play. Why? so you can activate it during your opp turns. It more advantageous if you make it that way

Thanks for the idea... now that I think about it... that would make it better for the user. :D

If a monster you control is targeted for an attack by your opponent's monster: Halve the ATK of the attacking monster until the end of this Battle Phase. If the targeted monster is destroyed by battle during the next Battle Phase: Select the 1 monster you control with the lowest ATK (if it's a tie, you get to choose). Add half of the destroyed monster's ATK to the selected monster's ATK.

Well, monster's ATK halved usually destroyed while battling that turn. So the rest of the effect is null. Because you said next
For OCG i think its fine

You can only activate this card if your opponent Sets 2 or more Spell or Trap cards this turn. Select 1 of the Set cards; call it either "Spell" or "Trap". Flip the selected card face-up; negate its effect. If you called the type of card wrong: Flip it face-down and lose 1000 Life Points. If you called it right: Banish the selected card and send the other Set card(s) back to the owner's hand.

Too optional. and risky. MST always better. So, i suggest to get rid of the disadvantageous effect

Your Welcome BFG. ^^

I dedicated myself doin such a give suggestion. Yeah because thats my capability.

I always comment on a single card/some but not a whole Set because i was too lazy. Unless it is an exception. (Friend's or real epic )

These are all really good. (now I see why I'm still just a member...) But I think that Solitary Manslaughter would be a great trap card, because i dont see how it helps at all on your turn. but thats just my opinion, which isn't that great now that they're corrected I give them an overall 9.5/10

Keep up the good work!

The pictures are awesome, but I really don't get what were you trying to say in "Blindsiding Impact Flare".

On Topic:
BIF (as i like to call it) is a card remover... its a feble attempt to get cards off the field.
If your opponent controls more cards than you, you can activate this card! For balance, i made it so both player's cards get removed from the field. i guess i should update its OCG because the first effect might make you think you can destroy 1 of your OWN cards... i didn't want that.

EDIT: Updated! :D
