I prefer not to convict people on a small amount of circumstantial evidence. Even in cases where people were convicted solely based on circumstantial evidence, it was a shitton of evidence. You are drawing erroneous conclusions from anything but hard evidence. Again, I'm not saying she's innocent. I'm saying there isn't enough evidence to put her in jail. Did she do it? Possibly, hell, even [i]probably[/i], but not confirmed.

Also, why don't we have a cause of death [b]or[/b] a motive? Maybe her child died at the hands of someone else and she went through a mental breakdown afterwards. We just don't know, and I'm glad the jury realized that the prosecution didn't have enough evidence to jail her.

Killers roam free every day. It's a sad fact of life, but we can't catch everybody.

Casey might have passed through the legal system, but I'll bet her conscience will eventually bother her if she really did kill her girl.

I know it isn't possible but if it had been me on the jury I'd pull a gun out and shoot her. She is a heartless b**** that should've been convicted and put to death. If it had been Joshua I'd plead guilty and ask for the death sentence because I see no reason why anyone would kill their child. I'll pray to god that someone kills her.

Why would you pray that someone kills her when you can just go down to Florida and kill her yourself? Yeah, and then you'd be as moronic as Casey if you think she really is guilty.

OFFICIALLY, AS DECIDED BY THE COURT SYSTEM IN AMERICA, CASEY ANTHONY IS NOT GUILTY ON COUNTS OF FIRST DEGREE MURDER AND MANSLAUGHTER. YOU KILLING HER SHOWS THAT YOU DON'T GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT THE COURT SYSTEM AND SHOULD BE EXECUTED FOR YOUR TREASON.

Damnit! I know Dark beat m to it, but I have to say. WHY CAN'T YOU GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD THAT SHE WASN'T PROVEN GUILTY! AS FAR AS WE KNOW, SHE DIDN'T DO IT!

The glove was hard evidence for OJ's case. In this case they had no hard evidence, they had no option but to acquit her. There are still idiots who think that killing someone who [i]might[/i] have killed a child somehow makes everything better. There was no hard evidence linking her to her child's death, but somehow all these idiotic Americans think that she did it and must die. The media perpetuated the myth that she was definitely guilty, the people believe the tabloid scum and just go with it.

Here in England, a tabloid newspaper that hacked into the phones of thousands of innocent people (this includes two parents whose daughters were shot and killed) just to get a good story were subject to outcry. Their ex-editor is the Prime Minister's best chum, the owner of the paper is Rupert Murdoch. Because of this, no one pursued the story for years except for a Leftie newspaper called the Guardian. Eventually the evidence came out and the truth was revealed. Because not everyone in Britain is an ignorant sheep, that paper is publishing its last issue this Sunday. Be sceptical for once and don't use biased tabloids as sources.

From my understanding, the jury had the option of giving her life in prison as an alternative to the death penalty. I don't know a great deal about the judicial system, so maybe I falsely heard that from somewhere. :/

Courts aren't flawed. People are. Flawed people create and run courts.

Thing is, there isn't anything that can connect Casey HERSELF to Calee's death. There is also no motive and she lied several times during her trial. However, evidence was lacking.

So you think all suspected murderers should be executed? I'm really glad I don't live near you. Innocent until proven guilty is significantly better than the opposite.

And don't forget that it still hasn't been proven that she has done anything, so your ignorant, poisonous cry for her death is completely invalid anyway. Why don't you look at what you are actually saying - you are calling for the bloody, violent death of a young woman who is suspected of murdering her child. What if she is innocent? Don't you care at all about the fact that if she is innocent she goes to sleep every night knowing that thousands of ignorant people like yourself are calling for her to be lynched? Innocent or guilty, she is a human being, a living, breathing human being that feels emotions like everyone else. Brainwashed, psychotic, media sheep like yourself make me sick.
