OCG aside the effects are imbalanced

Take Satan's Dragon for example

if your opponent doesn't play a zombie deck then he's screwed since that's the only way to destroy it. You can't even kill it with card effects

With Tiger's Temple Only 25? 50 is more realistic do to the fact the only way to get 25 as the last two digits is buy paying half your life points when you have 50 left.
