So, this card was made for a card contest, but these card contests don't seem to be moving for a long time now. Any ways, I just wanted your opinions on this card. (The pic was given as part of the contest)
This card can only be equipped to 1 Normal Monster you control. When this card is equipped, halve the ATK/DEF of all Effect Monsters on the field for 1 turn only. When the equipped monster destroys 1 Effect Monster, with the same Level or lower, the equipped monster is treated as an Effect Monster with the effect of the destroyed monster. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect(s) of Spell or Trap cards.

The equipped monster Level is increased by 1. the equip monster gains this effect Once per Turn you bannish 1 equip spell card in your Deck to add 1 equip spell card (except "United We Stand", "Mage Power", "Premature Burial", "Amplifier", "Re-Fusion", "Twin Swords of Flashing Light Tryce", "Double Tool C&D", "Snatch Steal". "Big Bang Shot". "Cursed Bill", "Darkworld Shackles" and, "Haunting Glow Of The Star Struck".) from your Deck to your Hand

I use the old OCG, so be forewarned.

The equipped monster's Level is increased by 1. The equipped monster gains this effect: Once per turn, you can banish 1 Equip Spell card in your Deck to add 1 Equip Spell card (except "United We Stand", "Mage Power", "Premature Burial", "Amplifier", "Re-Fusion", "Twin Swords of Flashing Light Tryce", "Double Tool C&D", "Snatch Steal". "Big Bang Shot". "Cursed Bill", "Darkworld Shackles" or "Haunting Glow Of The Star Struck".) from your Deck to your Hand.

It seems somewhat clunky, probably due to all the exceptions. Why did you choose those cards anyway? I also fail to see how the level increase and Equip Spell effects are connected, and what they have to do with "The Gifted". Due to the poor OCG, clunky phrasing, and poorly connected effects, I give it a 3/10.

Wow..well I'm glad my card inspired you...somewhat. :)
En Almhjbat Wahd corrected the ocg. The idea of this card doesn't just help bring out my card, but whatever equip card you'll be looking for, and I'm guessing you can banish the cards that were exceptions...I'd like to know why you chose those cards as exceptions as well.

After some examination, I see the connection with "The Gifted". The rest doesn't make much sense though, so I'll give it a 5/10.

the exception what makes balanced and not able to be overly abused

and anthor example would be power tool dragon (ptd) or maha vailo (mv) could keep on using this for super extreme op combo

first you equip huanting glow of the star struck to a normal monster you control then use it effect to add the gifted to your hand then equip the gifted to the nomal monster

This card cannot be destroyed by the effect(s) of Spell or Trap cards.

combo list

lv 4 - 6 normal monster with a good atk stat

haunting glow of the star struck

the gifted

=

when this monster attacks what ever monster it destory gains that monster effect and you can keep this up you can have a strong monster with multiple effects

Ok I saw how it benefits The Gifted when you increase the level of the equipped monster, but I think you misunderstood my intention for the card. When you equip the Normal monster with The Gifted, it cuts the ATK of all Effect Monsters by half for the turn the monster was equipped at. So, now...even if you have a low Level monster, with below/decent attack, you still have a chance at getting a powerful effect...while eliminating that monster at the same time. I intended for the Normal monster to gain just that effect, and not multiple effects when you destroy more. If it did gain multiple effects, then that would make it op'd.
And wrt your card, remember you're already banishing an equip card from your deck, so you don't have to overdo it with the exceptions.
