Angel of Silence
Updated into two cards. I'm using the Old OCG so please don't say that remove from play is now banished. Thanks to Dragon7OP for the suggestion of making it into two cards. Lore: When this card is activated remove it from play. When this card is removed from play, place all cards in both players Extra Decks in the removed from play zone. Those cards cannot be removed from the removed from play zone as long as this card is removed from play. As long as this card is removed from play, place all monsters that are sent to the Graveyard in their owner's Extra Deck. Lore: Each turn shuffle both player's Extra Decks and pick up the top card from each player's Extra Deck. Special Summon those two cards in face-up Attack Position. Those two monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and their effects are negated during this turn. Conduct battle between those two monsters. At the End Phase return those two monsters to their owner's Deck. The Decks are then shuffled. Better pic suggestions for Battle of the Vanished would be nice. OCG fixes are good too (Old OCG please.).
Dragon7OP
It's too complicated, and too much. The effect is way beyond the limits of single cards, and even multiple cards. Find a way to shorten it and make it clearer, then try again. Effect aside, the rest of the card has no flow or rhythm. A Thunder-Type level 3 monster with that ATK, DEF and name? It really looks like you just threw stuff together in a random order. It doesn't look very good. The idea is good in theory, but you need to do some major work on it for it to actually have merit. Try simplifying it, or else splitting the effect between cards. I would be quite interested in seeing it done again.

ragnarok1945
just to clarify, "Those two monsters cannot be destroyed by battle this turn and their effects are negated" are you negating their effects PERMANENTLY?
No, just for the turn. I'll fix that. And bump. @Blaze: I was using the old OCG. I thought you couldn't just post OCG corrections, you have to comment on the card too. Are was that rule taken out. @Dragon [s]Personally I like complicated cards, I can't really think of a way to simplify or shorten the effect, without leaving something out. I understand what you mean by it being randomly thrown together. I will try to fix this.[/s] I'm turning it into two cards.
ragnarok1945
ok good, since it's not a perm negation, then the effect would be balanced and I'll rate the card at 9.1/
