I know, the print is REALLY Small, so i copied it down so you can read it.

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell "Moonlight Temple." This card is treated as a Ritual Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Ritual Summon it to have it be treated as an Ritual/Effect Monster with this effect:

 

*You can Special Summon an opponent's monster that is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by this card as a result of battle to your side of the field in face-up Attack or Defense Position.

Good but you will need 2 of the ritual spell becuase it says this card can only be ritual summoned with moonlight temple and then it says it has to be ritual summoned again so you have to tribute the monsters twice making it very hard to use and its really not wort it

I'd have to agree with yo on that. The rest of it's effect doesn't even balance it enough. Underpowered.

But tweaking a few words in it will make it pretty cool and original but now its like.

Like think of the tweaked version as James Watts steam engine and think of this version as Newcomers steam engine its obvious which on is better, isn't it ?

i like the pic but the glare from the card maker makes it kind of hard to see so i would say 6/10
