Shadow Ninja
I would really appreciate your comments here. Not sure what I think of this card...so Comment/rate/suggest etc Breakdown of card effect: You attack a monster, your opponent loses Life Points. That monster remains useless to them, filling a Monster card zone, so that limits new monsters that they summon. Then you have the chance to give your opponent more damage for that same monster. MibeR
Dont use ATK/DEF but ATK or DEF.. When this card targets a monster whose ATK/DEF is less than this card’s ATK: The targeted monster is not destroyed (damage calculation is applied normally); The targeted monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute. When the target happen? attack or just maybe once per turn? You miss that

ragnarok1945
"The targeted monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute" That's about the only benefit on this card, the rest are drawbacks, so this one does more harm than good to you 6/
DARKPLANT RISING
Shut up guys. No, seriously, I can't understand at all why the hell people think that a card that can't be tributed becomes useless. The only Tribute Summoned monsters in this meta are the Monarchs, and otherwise not much. It's pointless. It'll be just used for Synchro Fodder; so much for your effort. Let's see how simply useless this card is by breaking down its effects and having me explain how underpowered they make it. This card can only be Tribute Summoned. See, at this point there's nearly no cards that can survive ultimate death in the form of its owner going straight to selling it. In this speedy meta, only Frognarchs ever Tribute Summon tons, and in this card's case, even Mausoleum of the Emperor (one of the staples in Fat Decks) doesn't work. It'd need a really, really broken effect to cover this up. A -2 upon summoning, with no immunity to Warning? No thanks. Tribute 2 monsters whose ATK/DEF are affected by card effects. Negate the effects of all cards that target this monster. Is this Spell Speed 1 or 2? If 1, it's virtually useless, because the only cards that can alter their ATK without generating a -1 or being highly situational are the Fortune Ladies. Well, Card Trooper, and some other stuff too, but nah - you'd wanna use it to draw. Besides, how many effects target in this meta without having its ATK exceed 2600? Brionac, for one. D-Prison? Of course. ...That's it folks. Have fun -2'ing yourself. When this card targets a monster whose ATK/DEF is less than this card’s ATK: The targeted monster is not destroyed (damage calculation is applied normally); The targeted monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute. Let's see, in what situation would you want this to happen? Maybe...umm...Trooper? Or a Recruiter? Or...no, there's always the option of NOT ATTACKING AT ALL. This card cannot attack the targeted monster again; Only a monster with the same Level as the targeted monster can attack it. You just made a wall on your opponent's field that can at times be undefeatable. Nice job balancing it. When this card is destroyed: You lose Life Points equal to the attacking monster's Level x 100, after damage calculation. I don't see how this works positive in any possible way, outside...um...forget stupid situational combos. So, let's see, this card has 5 negative effects, a meh stat, and...0 positives. What? I mean, what...? No one will ever use this. It's so terribly terrible it's virtually Larvae Moth. And well, since just above will make me a total jerk, I'll just be helpful by actually giving you an alternative option. I would make it like this. [s]This card can only be Tribute Summoned.[/s] This card can be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters. Tribute [s]2[/s]1 monster[s]s whose ATK/DEF are affected by card effects. N[/s] to negate the [s]effects of all cards that target this monster[/s]Activation of an effect your opponent controls that targets 1 card on the field, and destroy it. When this card targets a monster whose ATK/DEF is less than this card’s ATK: The targeted monster is not destroyed (damage calculation is applied normally); The targeted monster cannot declare an attack or be used as a Tribute. Then, randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. [s]This card cannot attack the targeted monster again; Only a monster with the same Level as the targeted monster can attack it. When this card is destroyed: You lose Life Points equal to the attacking monster's Level x 100, after damage calculation.[/s] THAT's much better. Not as if anyone will ever use it, even in that state, though. Try again, you're still new. You can always grow to be like Edward Khil.
