Reverse Universe - A New Spin on Levels

[center][center]We were playing around with random ideas at school once, and, for some reason, we've always played it possible to make negative Levels, as in Level Retuning a Turbo Synchron so it's a Level -1.
Then the idea of a more broken Relinquished came up, except in Xyz form.
Alas, this was born, with its matching Field Spell.
Now, as of the sixth of August, there are more support for negative Levels.

BTW, the inverted star is supposed to mean negative Rank.

[spoiler=Rulings][u]EN004 - Advanced Burden[/u]
If a monster has a positive Level, then it loses ATK equal to its Level x100, since, for example, -4x100 is -400. If a monster has a negative Level, then it gains ATK. For example, a monster of Level -3 would lose -3x100 ATK, and because of a double negative, instead gain 3x100, or 300, ATK.[/spoiler]

...Cool. Maybe make some support for negative levels? Like cards that decrease their levels to negative when the Field Spell is on the field. I really like this idea. 8/10, because this idea could really be expanded on and, with expansion, could become really amazing.

Because it was about seven hours too early.

Advanced Burden does exactly what it says. Say a monster is Level 3. That's -3x100 ATK, so it loses 300. If the same monster is Level -2, it's -(-2)x100, and since it's a double negative, it changes to +2x100 ATK. Therefore, it increases the ATK of negative Level monsters.

I should probably put that under rulings.
