[Re-updated] The Princess Tragedy Of Ice

Just reposting and updating old favorites to get ideas for my new Card :D

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Summoned other ways. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand): Banish 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard and 1 Set card on you control. This card cannot be sent to the Graveyard by it's own effects. Once per turn, During your Main Phase: You can place 1 Ice Counter onto 1 card on the field (max. 3). For each Ice Counter on the field increase this monster's ATK and DEF by 200. During each of End Phases: You can move 1 card on the field anywhere on it's Horizontal Column. If a monster on the field have 2 or more Ice Counters: You can Tribute that monster and decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 800; destroy all cards on the Tributed monster's Vertical Column. Spell and Trap Cards cannot be activated when it's about to be destroyed by this card's effect. A card with 3 or more Ice Counters on it is automatically sent to the Graveyard. After this effect resolves: Select up to 2 cards on the field and put 1 Ice Counter on each of them. If this monster would leave the field by a card effect your opponent controls: You can decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 400 and remove 2 Ice Counters on this card instead. After this effect resolves put 2 Ice Counter on to 1 card on the field (except this card).
To summarize this cards effect:
-This card can be special summoned from your hand by banishing 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard and 1 set card on your Spell/Trap Zone

- Once per turn you can place 1 Ice Counter on this card and 1 card on the field.

- Monsters with 2 or more ice counters can be tributed to destroy all cards on it's vertical column. (This card loses 800 ATK and DEF).

- Cards with 3 or more ice counters are automatically sent to the Graveyard. after this effect resolves put 1 ice counter on up to 2 cards on the field.

- This card cannot be destroyed or sent to the graveyard by this card's own effects.

- If this card would leave the field by a card effect you can remove 2 ice counters on this card and decrease it's ATK and DEF by 400 instead.

- During every end phase you can move a card anywhere on it's horizontal column.

horizantal and verticle columns...O.O
I like it a lot, but destroying everything in a verticle column means possibly destroying 1 of your magic or traps right? plus since this card can't be destroyed by its own effect, why does it need to move horizantly?

Oh thanks for the rating and the comment, Column Effects are awesome! :D Anyway to your point this card can move a card anywhere on it's horizontal column. I did that so you can move a Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls and move it to the vertical column that contains a monster with 2 Ice counters on it destroying both of them. Also yes it can potetially destroy your own cards if it's in the same vertical column as the tributed monster. So yea this card is all about column destruction it works well with stall decks since this card needs protection in order to build ice counters to activate it's destructive effects.

Thanks bro I rarely get 9's these days I guess people aren't fans of complicated and long effects (sigh). My next card will be much shorter.

You use half-new OCG, so let me do it

Such a long effect, maybe you should shortened it. In order to make it more realistic and easy to understand what is the real focus of your card.

Thanks Maha for the OCG fix, a rep for u, really you deserve it. Anyway yea I'm going to start creating cards with short effects now but their still going to have unique effects :D
