He wets a line, pulls it in... and catches a Blue-Eyes White Dragon, dangling from the rod, shivering in fear from the Chaos Sorcerer that was about to banish it into oblivion

PS: Don't ask why he's a Machine... it was practically chosen at random.

I think this needs a drawback for the last effect, but i love the idea and it would be pretty useful, the picture is nice and I love the HD card too, how do you make this HD cards? just wondering.

He's waiting in your hand for the perfect opportunity to rescue his comrades from certain doom... something like that

Alright, about a drawback... the first drawback it already has should be pretty obvious: It has to use its effect before you can even think about discarding it, or you have to reveal it permanently by other means (Ceremonial Bell or similar). This in return means it's absolutely situational and depending on your opponent. There are a [i]lot[/i] of ways to get around it, not even triggering it once during the duel (which, admittedly, makes it just as bad, but it's at least not worthy for [i]another[/i] drawback). And if you then would just, I don't know, look at other cards around, like [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mausoleum_of_the_Emperor"]Mausoleum of the f***ing Emperor![/url] for example, you'd notice that that card's "costs" are almost laughable compared to this ones ridiculous activation timing.
First one to say "but you have to pay Life Points to do so!" gets a big fat
