After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 2000/DEF 0). This card cannot attack. Remove from play this card from your Graveyard to negate the effects of all Trap Cards on the field during this turn. (This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.)

Alright, it's a 2000 ATK beater that cannot attack, 0 DEF and has to be Summoned in Defense Position. That alone is almost entirely useless, safe for being Tribute and Xyz fodder. Then you add another effect that makes all [i]other[/i] Trap Monsters useless as well.

I can safely say that I don't get it. At all. And I love Trap Monsters, I'd take almost any support I could get.
