Rulings:

Dark Victory can be activated in response to Dark Victory

If Dark Victory's effect is negated by cards such as Divine Wrath, the player who would have originally won the duel or match wins the duel or match.

If Macro Cosmos is on the field, since Dark Victory discards and does not "Send to the Graveyard", Dark Victory's effect can still be activated and Dark Victory would be removed from play.



Notes:

I am still in the discussion with a couple judges on whether or not PoC can break Dark Victory In that case, I will make "Dark Victory" a LIGHT monster.

I think it's among the reasons why Victory Dragon got banned or something

totally agreed, however it's nice to give jerks who use victory dragon a swift kick in the pants! 3/10

I believe the card is great in a side deck for ppl that make exodia decks. I ticks me off all the time when ppl draw their entire deck and say they win cuz they drew exodia. This card stops that and gives them the back hand while saying "God said NO!" with this card, its like this. "Oh look I drew exodia" "Oh look I discard Dark Victory" and that would be good cuz they have the hope of winning cuz exodia but yet it got denied, all cuz of one card. The Same goes with Final Countdown stall decks, its like this. "Oh look at that its been 20 turns, I win" "Oh look at that, Dark Victory" and that would be good cuz they waited 20 turns to win and wasted time cuz you reversed it so you would win. But not a lot of ppl make these certain decks.

that it why I rate this 10/10 which means Excellent!! I would so use this card but i would put it in a side deck. You know for a just in case card.
