"Elemental Hero Cole" should require a monster called just "Cole MacGrath" and one "Elemental Hero Sparkman". Also make it a 7 star and make it a little weaker. It will just be more balanced I think. As for "Evil Hero Infamous", I think it could use a better name. Its name contradicts itself. And the fusion requirements should be "Elemental Hero Sparkman", "Elemental Hero Necroshade", and just regular "Cole MacGrath". Its effect is good since it can't destroy a monster and attack the same turn. Good job on that. It should only gain half the monster's ATK though. The one that it destroyed. I hope this helped.
