I think that's the correct OCG.

EDIT:The card isn't that OP'd. It can't be Normal Summoned and can only be SS from your hand. The 300 ATK every battle phase may be a little too much though.

Correct OCG IMO:

picture is good, effect it's simple to me and OP'ed, add some drawback or work in the Summoning Condition.

It's fine. It can't be Special Summoned from anywhere except the hand. It has a good beatstick effect. It's attribute specific effect is alright, not many decks that are Attribute specific, but there are that use a majority of monsters that are the same attribute. Could be a little UP but, it's not really OP... >> Except maybe in something Dragon specific.

OCG aside, the effect should be ok

though with the 300 atk gain, 2000 base atk is SLIGHTLY high for this.......

The effect isn't bad and could be easily overused for that it can be special summoned from your hand meaning if you ever get like 2 or 3 of them in your hand, your can special summon all 3 and that would be like Judgement Dragon all over again except without the other cheap effects. Add into the effect to make it so that only 1 of that monster can only be special summoned per turn or only 1 of that monster can only be on the field. OCG errors are present. Picture is good on the other hand. 7.5/10
