for cards in your hand lowering effect, quite a neat one unless your opponent has a field full of lv6 or higher monsters or something

It's really powerful. I think it might be just a bit [i]too [/i]powerful, since it's effect can block a lot of Xyz and Synchro summons from occuring. The last effect doesn't seem to make much sense to me either. Besides that, it's a good card and i like it.

Thanks another 9 rating barely get those anymore. The last part I included was just to put an extra touch, I wanted this card to inflict damage relating to an activation of an effect but this card's main effect is powerful as it is so I minimized it's damage potential to balance it, I didn't know most people would pay 1000 life points O.O but oh well I'll leave it as it is. I'll just make another card that focus on damage infliction. Again thanks for the comment and rating really appreciated.

Syns! The best person to look for OCG fixes. Anyway I already mentioned on the above comment I wanted this card to mainly use it's level effect since it's powerful enough to take out most monsters but I'll still consider your suggestion for another card I planned to make that focuses on life points reduction with a unique twist. Thanks again for the OCG and Balance fixes

Yup my favorite words in this site "OP'D" and "too Powerful" I get where your coming from if I was playing and my opponent summons this card all my face-up monsters are good as dead but theses days it seems like everyone can counter themselves out this situations so this card (IMO) is powerful for clearing monsters but not as powerful as most Xyz/Synchro Cards it can't negate effects so yea it just banishes and inflicts damage If your confused by the last effect, Twice means you can only activate the effect two-times for the rest of the duel.
