Haven't had the chance to face him, yet. A beautiful Grade 3 for them. Everyone said that Lion Heat would be a better option, is that true?

Gold Rutile makes all your Rearguards successful attacks on vanguard unflip damage Thus fueling your Cbs and works well with Units like Jack and Death Metal Droid Lion Heat doesn't

while Lion heat just has Rutile's 2nd effect while in VG

Basically i just changed last part to Ride Gold Rutile

Also i wanna know, who in their right minds think Lion Heat is better than Gold Rutile?

they have same Power, but Rutile is more usable due to his 1st skill

I saw it a week before it's actual skill was revealed. I'm pretty sure they had the right skill guessed, but they said it's another Heat. I remember them comparing the 2 to each other. :/

that explains it as the 1st skill outright makes it better than heat. Than adding on Heat's skill makes him imo The best Nova Grappler Grade 3 you can have in the Vanguard circle

I was once up against two of these on the field and Super Electromagnetic, empty hand, she had four damage checks, I had three. Only un-rested card was her Vanguard Gold.
