This is kinda broken. Its a potential synchro effect, though it is situational. Also its last effect is every turn Caius without restriction or drawback. This card as 0 drawbacks and tribute summoning is easier now, although that is more among lvl 6 - lvl 5, its not like this card becomes useless after its summoned so its not like its a downside of needing 2 tributes :/.

That effect is too broken

you should have said you can't use those summoned monsters for synchro or XYZ food as well

The card is pretty impressive and can be utilized greatly. The picture is pretty amazing also. 9/10
