All of them being lvl 5 with a flip effect kills them, I'd rather use my tributes on Monarch cards tbh. Regigigas is OP'd, no Special Summon restrictions means a free 6K attacker using monster reborn or whatever. also, not sure how Pop Culture responds to it, but by my experience made up types are never a good idea.
