Harpies!

When I first started playing Yugioh in 2007, Harpies were my first "good" deck that was actually capable of winning often...

4 years later and they're still pretty terrible |:

It may not look great, but it seriously works pretty well.
Probably needs Trunade and some other cards.

I feel like searchers like Flying Kamakiri don't work too well anymore.

Kamakiri is great - with the Field Spell on the field, it's a walking MST lol.
However a lot of **** kills it, e.g. Ryko.

I'd probably neg Decrees for Trunade, Zephyrus (or MVF perhaps) and Solemn Judgment. I find that Decree doesn't work with other Traps in the deck, but it's preference really. I don't know enough about the deck to comment much more, but Tengu seems like it would work in here, if you could find room.

As ridiculous as this may sound, Solemn Judgment is often dead D:
I should try it again though.

I tried Zeph in previous revisions, it would probably be a lot better if I mained Oppression.

Yeah, I understand where you're coming from. Decree's allow me to push for game and with the field spell, I could probably destroy their entire backrow. Tengu would actually be a great floater with Avarice.
