[center][center]Okay I've been out of card making for a long time now, so long that I have no idea how to write the Neo OCG! But this will be my first attempt to follow the Neo OCG! I know they may be off but this is my first attempt at it ^^' so I'll happily take any criticism as long as it is fair and I'm also open to suggestions and ideas for more cards. So here's my set, I will add 5 new cards every now and then... until the set is finished. So here are the first 5 cards for my Creatures of Fate Set!

Alright, time to review your set. And just because I like you doesn't mean I'ma cut you ANY slack.

Nule
Lore: Once per turn: You can banish 1 Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field; Add 1 Spell or Trap Card OR 1 level 4 or lower monster from your deck to your hand.

Okay, it's starts are pretty good, but the banishment for a Spell/Trap card seems TOO good. You can basically get rid of a useless card on your side of the field and search for Mirror Force, Solemn Judgment, Solemn Warning, Super Polymerization, Future Fusion, etc AND that is a no-no. You make Monster Reborn WAY to easy to get as well as any other Spell/Trap in the Limited list! FIX! NOW!!!

Black Horse
Lore: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned. You can banish 1 "Fate" Card in your Graveyard to Special Summon this card (from where? Your hand? Your Graveyard? Your Deck?): This monster can attack your opponent directly. [u][i]For every successful attack;[/i][/u] Gain 300 Life Points.

Okay, this card is quite unique. The none Normal Summon/Flip Summon clause is quite something, but the banishment of a "Fate" CARD makes it somewhat specific and somewhat versatile, all in 1. Still...WTF? A random life gain? Nah, it doesn't need that effect. The direct attack clause would be good enough.

Unknown Creature
Lore: This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned. You can banish 1 "Fate" card in your Graveyard to Special Summon this card (from where?!): When this monster leaves the field; Special Summon 2 Mist Tokens (Aqua-Type/DARK/level.4/ATK 0/DEF 1500) in Defense Position.

Level 4 Tuner...summons level 4 tokens...*thinks about it* That's weird...it looks OPed, but I may be wrong...

Dark Fate
Lore: When this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster's effect; Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower monster to the field from your hand or deck.

Okay this one is...interesting. It can summon Scrap Searcher to your opponent's side of the field and wipe out his monsters OR it can Special Summon Dandylion for a nice set up. The card's requirements are strange...with it leaving the field and all, but it may not be that difficult. It seems okay though.

Twist in Fate
Lore: When this card is activated, destroy 2 monsters on your side of the field: Take control of 1 monster your opponent controls. That monster is destroyed during the End Phase.

Okay, a Typical Mind control with a -2 restriction. It doesn't look bad because you need to clear out your field, but when I think about it with cards like Dandylion, Spore and Glow-Up Bulb which LOVE to be sent to the Graveyard...idk. It gives me weird vibes.

and the new one for Child of fate!

I did it for all the cards u said to edit AND the one ragnarok said
